Welcome to The Conservation - Markham’s Hidden Gem

This pocket community is located along the northern boundary of Milne Dam Conservation Park, Markham's largest park.  This community is popular due to its proximity to nature and walking trails, the Markville Mall, shopping plazas, restaurants and café’s, local transit, and easy access to Highway 407.

It is also a sought-after community to raise a family in because of its local public school, Roy H. Crosby.  Crosby P.S. consistently performs well in the provincial EQAO tests which are taken by the grade 3 and grade 6 students each year.
