Celebrating Easter in Markham/Unionville
There is all kinds of fun planned for this Easter Weekend!
Saturday, April 7
Easter Egg Hunt & Easter Hat Parade
Main Street, Unionville 12 - 4:00 p.m.
If you have kids between the ages of 3 and 6 years old, then head over to Millennium Park (behind Bandstand) at noon for this year's Easter Egg Hunt! map
There will be bands playing, jugglers, free horse and carriage rides, face painting, and craft stations set up all along Main Street for you and the kids to create your very own Easter Bonnet!
At 2:00 p.m., you can show off your creative bonnets by taking part in the Easter Parade down Main Street. Prizes will be given to best bonnets for both kids and adults.
Meet the Easter Bunny
Main Street, Markham 12 - 3:00 p.m.
The Easter Bunny will be hopping ready to fill you Easter basket with treats and stickers! There will be craft tables set up and prizes to win! Remember to bring you camera to take a picture of the kids with Markham's Easter Bunny! You'll find him on Main Street at Robinson. map

Easter Family Fun Fair
Markville Secondary School 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
This fun-filled event is sponsored by the Cornerstone Christian Community Church and is open to everyone in the community. Come to Markville Secondary School at 1000 Carlton Rd. map for a fun fair with bouncy castle and slide, basketball hoop shoot, toddler egg hunt, arts and crafts, and lots more! Cornerstone's annual Easter Family Fun Fair is in its 14th year and is a favourite event for many.
