• Buyers had the upper hand—with more listings (12,066 to be exact) but fewer sales (4,037, down 27.4% from last year). Translation? More homes to pick from, more room to negotiate.
•  Prices softened slightly—averaging $1,084,547 (a 2.2% dip from last year). But if history tells us anything, it’s that the market won’t stay still forever.
• So what’s holding people back? Uncertainty. Interest rates. Talk of trade shifts with the U.S. But here’s the thing—markets move in waves, and opportunities don’t wait.
  
• Once borrowing costs ease and confidence returns, expect a wave of buyers to jump in—and when they do, the game changes fast.
