PHOTOGRAPHY

Your photo shoot will take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours depending on the size of property and what is required.  It's important to be out of the home during this time so that the photographer can set up his equipment and be unencumbered.

To get the best possible outcome, we ask that you remove any cars and garbage bins from the driveway and from in front of your home (if possible) and all clutter from the back yard.

As well, please remove any miscellaneous items from kitchen and bathroom countertops except staging accessories (if applicable). 

The Photographer will lock up the property when finished and return the key to the lockbox.
