New Markham Organic Restaurant "Rawlicious"  Now Open

After hearing many friends rave about this new "raw" restaurant on Main Street, I figured it was time to give it a whirl.  Well, I have to say that I was very impressed with most things.

 

The food is colourful and extremely tasteful (no need to mention that it's ultra healthy too).  I kept hearing about their spring rolls so that's where I started.  Really fresh and really yummy.  I had the taco salad too, good but I would order something different next time around. Both items cost just over $20 (incl. taxes)

 

The atmosphere is light, airy, and at-home like.  The large windows let in lots of natural light and the original wood floors add a sort of rustic feel to the place.  

 

I'm definitely going back to try the smoothies and desserts.  My friends say that they are really wonderful so I want to see for myself.  

 

All in all  the place looks and feels great and there is lots of free parking both on the street and in back.  The food is delicious but also a bit pricey.  A good place to go for lunch!
