Welcome to Bullock 

Bullock is a neighbourhood in Markham that can easily be considered Old Markham (and if you ask any of the local residents they would in fact tell you that it is Old Markham).  This is mostly because many of the homes in this neighbourhood were among the first homes built way back in the day.

Today this neighbourhood is predominantly residential, except for the businesses and warehouses that exist on both sides of Bullock Drive.  These businesses include a Loblaws Superstore and a massive LCBO. There are also lots of service-type businesses like appliance repair shops, pet-grooming, cabinet making and glass repair. 

This community also includes a distinct neighbourhood on the south side of Hwy 7. (between McCowan and Hwy. 48) known as "The Conservation" because it runs along the northern border of the Milne Dam Conservation Park.
